Brick Walls & Cobble Stone Floors

(H&M dress, UO Staring at Stars cream knit cardigan, Target boots, Vintage backpack)

I spent all of Friday at Sweet & Shiny Bakery in Brooklyn since a good friend of mine works there. I had tons of iced coffee and delicious cupcakes, it was such a bliss. I headed to SoHo later that night to have dinner with my mom and we passed by this stunning street so I had to get a picture.

Floral blazer // Studded ankle boots

(Thrifted floral blazer; black jeans; Urban Outfitters structured bag; Studded tassel booties here)

Look how derpy my face is in the second picture. But more importantly, this bag was on sale at UO from $60 to...wait for it...$20!
I can't even express the amount of satisfaction & joy I have when I got it. Also, I'm just oh so happy that blazer season is at its peak.
I thrifted this floral blazer over the summer and have been waiting for the perfect moment to wear it. I know the pattern doesn't
exactly scream autumn but I'm sure it'll make a re-appearance by next spring. (:

Fall WishList #1

Fall WishList #1

Fall WishList #1 by love-confides featuring silver shoes
(A. Wang Rocco, maroon jeans, Diamond Supply beanie, The Hundreds beanie, HOMG by JC,
Doc Martens 1460, Romwe skull shirt, ZARA flat studded belt, UNIF Hellraisers)

Notice the reoccurring theme of black & spikes/studs. Yeah, that pretty much defines me.This sort of makes me look like I'm on the verge of grunge fashion and trill street style. I can't argue with that though. I will always love skulls and anything spiked/studded. But at the same time...I'm from Queens, homie. So I can't exactly shake off any hint of hypebeast , sorry. And I'm actually digging those HOMG platform sneakers by Jeffrey Campbell. It's sexy.
First thing I'm probably getting on this list are Doc Martens (: Next paycheck, lehhgo!

Sunflower Child

I'm so happy that 4th of July is tomorrow! I get to relax tonight & take it easy tomorrow. I've decided to start on a DIY that I've been putting on hold, with my mom helping me out too! But here's an outfit that I wore over the weekend. I absolutely love flower crowns / headbands. When I saw this at Forever21 for just $1.50 I caved and got it.

(thrifted shirt, thrifted printed maxi skirt, & Forever 21 sunflower headband)

Eyecandy: Pretty Trends to Look At

I'm so bored at work right now so I decided to make a pretty post with images courtesy of  Tumblr. These are pretty much the biggest trends out right now. I'm sure a lot of people find the best fashion inspirations on Tumblr. If you have one, leave your link at the comment below so I can follow you!

Mint: I would wear every single thing in this photo.

Neon: I had no idea how gorgeous it would look with cobalt blue.

Aimee Song and her amazing sense of style. I heard she's in NYC this weekend.

Litas: Duh, need I say more?

Vintage sunglasses (: And what a cute way of displaying them!

Watches are now a major essential to constructing arm candy, plus this one is mint!

I can't get enough of the ombre trend. This one is really pretty.

Studded everything! That reminds me, I have a bajillion stud-related DIYs to finish.

The perfect vanity, ever.

Pastels and pearls: Delicate and yet so pretty!

Lace: Honestly, I don't think lace could ever go out of style.
It's my absolute favorite, seeing as how I own 5 laced dresses. #addiction

"That Summer Look"

Maxi skirts: I'm in a major hunt to look for this exact one, or a color close to it.

Lastly, my most favorite trend. I don't know who else is with me on this but--Camouflage. Not
everyone is on board with this one, but I sure am. My major reason to thrift lately is to score a camo
jacket. Of course, you will all be updated when I reach that accomplishment.

P.S. I don't know specific what store most of these items are from. So if you're wondering, so am I. LOL.
